One tool I have used to support my journey with mental health is my breath 🫁
We don’t often think about our breathing. It is just one of those incredible things our body does without our needing to control it. But it can be a powerful way to calm your nervous system and feel present wherever you are. 
Next time you feel a little overwhelmed or nervous or angry or frustrated, notice how your breath has changed. From slow and steady to quick and shallow. Take a few moments to breath. Place your feet on the floor. Maybe your hands over your heart. Close your eyes and breath. I promise you’ll feel better even after just a minute or two.
