This is a realll throw back. Almost 10 years ago I ran my first (and only) marathon. This picture is from just before mile 9. 
In my “yoga for athletes” training, we talked about teaching restorative classes on Mondays because most people plan their longest and toughest workouts for the weekend. 
I really could have used a regular practice while I was training, so if you have a friend starting to run or think about training for a race, do them a favor and bring them to class tonight!
