Some valuable advice from our favorite yogi, Veronica!

I’ve been trying to be more present when walking outside. I don’t listen to music anymore and try to put my phone in a pocket out of reach. This started specifically for walking meditation, but I enjoyed the walk so much more being present that I’ve made the change more permanent.
So maybe this week pick something you want to be more present for; a walk, a meal, a conversation whatever it may be for you. Put your phone aside and be there. Head up. Take in the view. I think you’ll be amazed at everything new you see 👍
