“Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right”
This past weekend, I heard this quote during a training I am participating in on Meditation and it was just one of those things that clicked for me. So much so I wrote it on a sticky note and stuck it on the wall above my desk.
Our brain is our most powerful muscle. So powerful that just thinking you can do something, gets you there. Yep. Really.
Just meditating a few minutes every day can give you a more positive outlook on things (among an incredibly long list of other benefits). For the next two weeks, I’ll be meditating everyday. Join me?
